When you send a ride or business inquiry, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, telephone number, email address, trip date and time, pickup and destination details, and any notes you choose to share.
How we use it
We use this information to review availability, contact you, prepare transportation arrangements, respond to business inquiries, and keep records of those requests. A submitted inquiry does not create a confirmed reservation.
Where it is stored
This website uses Cloudflare to host the site and process inquiries. When enabled, inquiry data is stored in our Cloudflare D1 database. Our authorized administrator can review those requests. If email notifications are later enabled, relevant contact and booking details may also be sent through our email delivery provider. Technical data may be processed by Cloudflare for site operation and security.
What not to send
Please do not submit medical diagnoses, symptoms, health records, insurance identification numbers, Social Security numbers, or payment card information through these forms. Medical transportation inquiries are for pickup logistics only.
Access and questions
If you have a question about your submission or want to request a correction or deletion, use our contact page. Requests will be reviewed subject to any applicable recordkeeping obligations.

We may update this notice as our booking and payment features change. The date above indicates the most recent version.
